Wind River Ranch and Ministries is a Christian Family Dude Ranch located in Estes Park, Colorado. The ministry uses this beautiful mountain ranch to offer its guests a chance to vacation with a purpose. A week at the ranch helps our guests to go from 75 mph in their daily lives down to 3 mph at the ranch. This is key in helping them to slow down and draw closer to Christ and each other.

WRR is unique in that roughly 40% of the guests are scholarship recipients. Some of these scholarship recipients are for our Healing Warriors Weeks, Gold Star Family Scholarships and our Healing Human Trafficking Week. In these special scholarship weeks, the beautiful mountain ranch, the Christ-centered program, and the ranch’s incredible Christian staff are used mightily to help these special guests begin to heal from all that they carry. This place truly helps these scholarship guests rest, connect and renew daily.

During our Healing Human Trafficking week, this is often the ladies first time to travel outside of state, their first time seeing the mountains, their first time riding a horse, and their first time experiencing a Christian staff outside the House of Cherith program. For these ladies, this is a pivotal week in their journey to healing and their journey to find Christ.
