The Richard Jackson Center for Evangelism and Encouragement was established to provide training, encouragement and counsel for both clergy (those studying for the ministry as well as those already in ministry) and laity. The Jackson Center also produces and facilitates world-wide distribution of the soul-winning New Testament, The Covenant of God’s Love.
